历史沿革[edit]
1960年仍属云浮县第七区；翌年划入郁南县，编为东坝人民公社下的粗石生产大队。1983年成立粗石乡人民政府，此后的1989年间曾设粗石管理区，至1999年才恢复粗石村民委员会。[1]
粗石村2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2020年12月获「2020年广东省卫生村」称号，2021年12月又获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
