甘罗村位于河口镇，村名的由来是村后山腰形似箩子，半山有庖罗寺。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

张、何、李、曾、刘、贾、蔡、黄、陆等姓先后迁来。1958年建甘罗生产大队，1983年设甘罗乡人民政府，1987年起为甘罗村民委员会，1989年设甘罗管理区办事处，1999年复称村民委员会。[1][2]

村境内登记有古文化遗址13处，均未定级，统计年代为旧石器时代。[3]
