云额村位于千官镇境内。2024年3月，云额村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名「云额」，据博雅地名网所述，取意于似云如彩、围在宽阔额头上的布条。[1]

明清时期此地属常静都大全堡。1953年划入大全乡，1957年一度称登云乡，1958年编入「七一」人民公社并设云额生产大队。1983年归大全区公所，同年改为云额乡；1987年改为大全乡人民政府下的村民委员会；1989年设管理区办事处，1993年隶属大全镇，1999年定为云额村民委员会。[1]

2003年两镇合并后，云额村改由千官镇管理，名称不变。[1]

2019年9月，云额村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
