古罗村位于千官镇境内，陈、黄二姓先人的迁入历史见于村史。2019年12月，古罗村列入国家林业和草原局公布的第二批「国家森林乡村」名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据载，陈氏始祖自河南淮阳迁来，年代可追溯到商朝末年；黄氏始祖则在民国时期自河南潢川迁入。村内现有卢、黄、陈、尹、吴、高、彭等姓。[1]
民国年间称古罗堡。1949年初办过农协会的初级社与高级社，1950年设古罗行政村；1958年成为古罗大队，1983年成为古罗乡，1987年定为村民委员会，1989年改设管理区，1999年又回到村民委员会。[2]
1987年起隶属千官镇人民政府，村委驻地1989年至今设在独头山。[2]
2019年10月，古罗村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
