上福村是大方镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中部。建行政村时，由两个旧地名各取一字组成村名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时归大宁乡辖，建国后划入第五区大方乡。1958年，上福成为大方人民公社下的上福生产大队；1983年设上福乡人民政府；1987年改设村委会；1989年成为管理区办事处；1993年起属大方镇人民政府，1999年又恢复村委会名称。全村辖16条自然村。[1][2]

2019年10月，上福村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。2022年1月，村子被确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。2022年10月，省农业农村厅认定为「2022年广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」，主导产业为肉桂。[1]

2022年12月，上福村被命名为「第四批云浮市民主法治示范村（社区）」。2024年1月，上福村被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。2026年1月，上福村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
