村名的由来：四周群山环绕，地势开阔，丘陵地带的四条水流汇归一处，形成一片田洞，故名良洞。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，此地为一个农会。1949年10月起属新兴县第一区，称枫良乡；1951年改属雨洞乡；1955年属南平区，1958年归簕竹公社，改称良洞大队。[1][2]

1983年11月设簕竹区公所下的良洞乡；1986年11月属簕竹镇，设良洞管理区；1999年起称良洞村民委员会，延续至今。[1][2]
