河仔口村是河头镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心区，村名取自小河流出口旁的村庄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年10月此处属云浮县河涟乡，1950年改属新兴县第五区河头乡。1958年归河头乡，同年11月划为东风公社河仔口大队，1959年改属天堂公社，1961年又归河头公社，仍称河仔口大队。1983年11月设河头区公所河仔口乡，1987年4月改属河头镇，称河仔口村；1989年设河仔口管理区，1999年改为河仔口村民委员会。[1]

村下辖10个自然村，2014年户籍人口约2910人。[2]

2019年9月，河仔口村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
