黄窝村是里洞镇下辖的行政村，其行政建制历经多次改动，1999年起以黄窝村民委员会的名义运作。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前，黄窝一带属四区的里洞乡。1949年后归新兴县第四区，称里洞乡。1955年改隶新兴县南平区，设黄窝乡。1958年2月归里洞乡人民委员会，同年11月属里洞公社，称黄窝大队。1983年又设黄窝乡，隶属里洞区公所；1986年11月改为黄窝管理区；1999年改设黄窝村民委员会，名称沿用至今。[1]
