水浪村位于太平镇，村落三面环溪，村名取自这一地势。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年10月起归新兴县第三区，当时称东水乡；1955年属上沙区，改称西水乡。[1] 1958年2月归共成乡人民委员会，同年11月属社圩公社，1959年改属共成公社，称水浪大队。[1] 1983年设水浪乡，属共成区；1986年11月设共成镇水浪管理区；2003年改为太平镇水浪村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

村内农房经过改造，部分改作禅茶民宿、特色农家餐厅和茶事体验工坊，村子位于广东「禅茶文化之旅」精品线路上。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，水浪村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1] 2020年8月，水浪村列入首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为青梅。[1] 2026年1月，水浪村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
