历史沿革[edit]

1949年思本属新兴县二区靖安乡，1955年属稔村区，称东靖乡。1958年2月属东成乡人民委员会，称思本村；同年11月称思本大队，属稔村公社。1961年9月改属东成公社，1963年5月回归稔村公社，1964年5月复属东成公社。1983年11月设思本乡，1986年11月设东成镇思本管理区，1999年起称思本村民委员会。2026年1月，思本村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
