车岗镇的蕨村，旧称王家庄，也是一个行政村。[1]

村子始建于唐朝初期，最初由王姓族人定居，故名王家庄；后因苏、莫、范等姓迁入，且村后山上多蕨类植物，改称蕨村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年，蕨村正式设立村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

2021年9月，村庄入选「第二批广东省一村一品一镇一业专业村」名单，产业为蔬菜。[1][2]

文化[edit]

村内有花灯的制作传统。2025年8月，县委老干部局到村调研时参观了蕨村花灯的历史与制作流程。[3]
