历史沿革[edit]

1958年至1981年间为公社化下的大队。1983年成立石巷乡，1986年转为村委会，1989年设管理区，1999年又设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予石巷村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
