托洞社区位于石城镇镇中心区，是该镇下辖的一个社区，社区的办事机构设在托洞居委。[1] 它的前身是1992年设立的居民委员会，2002年改设为社区居民委员会。[1]

社区的前身是1992年设立的居民委员会，2002年改设为社区居民委员会，当时隶属托洞镇。[1]

2003年托洞镇并入石城镇，此后社区隶属石城镇，至今未变。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，社区进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
