民安村在白石镇东南面，离镇政府约8公里，管有3个自然村，分别是一村、二村坳头与三村。[1] 村名寓意村民生活安康。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1981年8月设立民安大队，1983年改称民安乡，1986年成为村民委员会，1989年变为管理区，1999年复为民安村委会，沿用至今。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村内耕地2684亩，林地11188亩，林地以松树为主。全村共4个村民小组，户籍823户。[1]

经济[edit]

稻作是村里的主业，荔枝、龙眼、山华李等为经济作物。[1]

荣誉[edit]

民安村于2019年9月进入「2018年广东省‘民主法治示范村（社区）’创建单位」名单。[2]
