黎明村位于南盛镇北部，是镇下辖的行政村。村名寓意迎来光明，1999年改称村委会时仍沿用这一专有名称。[1][2]

村庄于2024年3月获「2023年广东省卫生村」命名；2026年1月，村庄获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年划为乡，隶云浮县四区。1958年设黎明生产大队，归幸福公社；1961年改隶南盛公社，1966年起属朝阳公社。1983年称黎明乡，由朝阳区公所管理；1986年设黎明村委会，隶南盛镇；1989年转管理区，1999年又改为黎明村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
