历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，村中陈姓的始祖陈高于公元257年最早迁入，郭姓始祖郭广齐于公元481年迁入，两支都来自韶关南雄。[2]

1952年3月设乡，1986年改设前锋村委会，1999年复称村委会，2000年2月划归前锋镇。[2]

2019年10月，前锋村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]

镇政府2025年工作报告提到前锋村的省级典型村创建成效。[3]
