城村是广东省云浮市云城区思劳镇下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区[1]。村落的源头可追溯到宋代，陈姓先民当时由南雄珠玑巷向粤西迁来[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

宋代陈姓先民由南雄珠玑巷南迁至粤西。他们先进入思办都，之后落脚古城村；古城村当时有三姓共居，此后形成了如今的城村[2]。

1952年3月，此地设城村乡，归思劳乡管辖。1958年10月成立城村生产大队，划入激流人民公社，1961年3月又转入城村人民公社。1983年重新设乡，仍归思劳区公所管辖；1986年改称村委会，隶属思劳乡；1989年成为管理区，划归思劳镇；1999年复为村委会，至今属思劳镇[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2017年9月，住建部公布「2017年改善农村人居环境示范村」名单，城村村入选美丽乡村示范村[1]。2018年7月，城村村被列入「第七批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」，名单由司法部与民政部发布[1]。2020年11月，城村村获「第六届全国文明村镇」称号[1]。
