扶卓村是河口街道下辖的行政村，位于街道北部，四面环山。村名原作“扶凿坑”，因村北一座形似凿子的大山得名，20世纪50年代末改称“扶卓”。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村中苏、陈、邓等姓先后由云城、顺德等地迁入。陈氏始祖于1816年从云城迁入，是村中较早的记载之一。[1]

1958年8月，扶卓在都骑乡内。同年10月设为生产大队，隶属太阳升人民公社；1961年3月划归河口人民公社。1983年扶卓成为乡，归河元区公所管理；1986年改称村委会，属河口镇；1989年为管理区，仍在河口镇。1994年并入河口街道，1999年又为村委会，直至今日隶属河口街道。[3]

村内有革命遗址「兵工厂」，据百度百科所载，当年为中共三罗支队制造武器。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，扶卓村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予扶卓村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。2026年1月，扶卓村获评广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]
