土门村位于云城街道辖区内，村名由旧称「兔门」演变而来：村委会驻地旁有一座兔庙，庙前山路的形状像一扇门。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年设土门乡，属附城乡，次年组建了多个高级农业生产合作社。1958年10月这里为土门生产大队，归附城人民公社。1983年改为土门乡，归附城区公所；1986年称土门村委会，1989年称土门管理区，1994年划归云城街道，1999年复称土门村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，土门村列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为油茶。[1]

2021年12月，土门村获广东省爱卫会颁授「2021年广东省卫生村」。2024年4月，村被列为「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建对象之一。[1]
