循常村位于云城街道辖区内，「循常」原是当地几个大自然村的统称，后沿用为村委会的名称。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1952年设循常乡，隶属附城乡；1954年成立循常高级农业生产合作社，1958年10月设循常生产大队，隶属附城人民公社。1983年改称循常乡，1986年改为循常村委会，1989年改为循常管理区，1994年划归云城街道，1999年改称循常村委会，此后一直属云城街道。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年3月，村被命名为2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
