玉屏社区位于云城街道的城区范围内，名称来自辖区里的一座屏风山和山下的玉屏路。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1986年由云城街道一个居委会分出的东、南、西、北四个居委会之一。2005年，改称玉屏居委会。[1][2]

2019年9月，社区上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
