大坪尾村是广东省揭阳市普宁市大坪农场下辖的行政村，位于农场西北部，离普宁市区51.2公里，与大坪镇相邻。村里共有八个村民小组，包括栅下屋、大枫树、石屋仔和新田角等。[1]

村中有耕地560亩，山地3850亩。[1]

村民以农业为主，主产青梅、荔枝等水果。村中设有小学和卫生站，并有水泥公路通往大坪镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立前，村地属陆丰县。1950年归普宁县十二区大坪乡管辖，1952年改属普宁县十三区大坪乡。1958年村地并入南阳山公社，1960年划入国营大坪农场，称新梅作业区；后来在1965年场社分开时改属大坪农场，称大坪尾管区，政区仍属大坪公社。1999年改设大坪尾村委会，此名沿用至今。[1]
