历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立前此地属惠来县葵潭区，称里仁潭村；建国初期改属惠来葵潭青坑乡，仍称里仁潭村。[1]
1953年，此地设为里仁潭乡。1961年起划入普宁县马鞍山农场，设里仁潭管理区；1999年改设里仁潭村委会。[1]
2019年9月，里仁潭村被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
普宁市人民政府批复同意了里仁潭村的村庄规划（2018—2035年），文号为普府函〔2019〕598号，批复时间为2019年11月11日。[2]
经济[edit]
耕作以水稻、甘薯为主，青梅、荔枝等作物较多。村属革命老区。[1]
