埔光村是普宁市大池农场下辖的行政村，位于普宁市区西北约20公里处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原名埔仔寨。约320年前，有移民迁来此地创村，因地多小山埔而得名。1958年改名埔光，1999年设立村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄为长方形聚落，建筑多为土木结构平房，部分为混凝土结构楼房。村内有水泥化公路通往场部。[1]
