大池村是普宁市大池农场下辖的行政村，位于普宁市区西北约21.7公里处，由大池、径仔心和占厝楼三个自然村组成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村属革命老区。[1]

华侨杨扣出生于普宁大池，1897年生，1993年卒，马来西亚华侨。据博雅地名网，大池村是他的故乡。[1][2]

杨扣在家乡出资兴建大池学校的教学楼、礼堂和教师宿舍。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄为块状聚落，建筑多为贝砂三合土结构平房，部分为混凝土结构楼房。大池至钱坑的公路与大池至汤头的公路从村内经过。[1]
