大池农场是广东省揭阳市普宁市的一所国有农场，地处普宁西北一带，与揭西县接壤。农场1959年12月创建，以天然橡胶为主导产业，下辖8个行政村和1个社区居委会。[1][2]

农场创建于1959年12月，地处普宁市南阳山区北麓。[1][7]

2005年，农场规划建设新一代胶园。博雅地名网所载的橡胶种植面积为5212亩，该页未注明年份。[7]

2015年，农场向职工代表大会提交的工作报告称，社区分离工作已基本完成。[6]

维基百科载明，农场归属广东农垦集团的揭阳分公司，即揭阳农垦局。[2]

农场的名称在不同材料中写法不一：2024年的汇报称「大池农场有限公司」，2023年的文件署名「广东农垦大池农场有限公司」，博雅地名网则写作「广东省大池农场」。[3][5][7]

地理环境[edit]

农场位于普宁市西北部，与揭西县交界。东面与里湖镇相接，西面与揭西县坪上镇相邻，南面连着普侨区，北面与钱坑镇为邻。[1]

耕地为2.24平方千米；面积合计21.48平方千米，见2024年11月的汇报。2019年的材料则称土地总面积为1590.7公顷。[3][4]

2024年的汇报列出村委会8个、社区居委会1个、直属管区3个；2019年的材料则写为4个橡胶管区与9个行政村（居）。[3][4]

农场以天然橡胶为主导产业。2019年的材料称，农场种植天然橡胶面积7594.41亩，油茶为300亩。[4]

2024年11月的汇报称农场人口9232人。百度百科称截至2023年总人口为9162人，2019年的材料也记为9162人。[1][3][4]
