瓜园村是广东省揭阳市普宁市梅塘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西南部，地处榕江二级支流圆山河中游，村内聚落分布于脚桶寨和新寨等四处。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代中期，丘姓一支由饶平迁入，因在山坡上种植冬瓜、南瓜，村名由此而来。该村属革命老区，原中共云南省委常委邱创教是本村人。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
现存的媲琼斋古学堂建于清乾隆六年（1741年），由许元福为子女求学而建，牌匾为清代邱玖所题。[1]
经济[edit]
以农业为主，水稻、甘薯为主要作物；荔枝、青榄、杨梅等水果也有出产。[1]
