历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立初，此地属一个乡建制，1958年公社化时并入一个大队。1962年分出自成大队，1984年与周边村同属双湖乡，1986年设高埔村委会，1990年设管理区，1999年改称村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
2021年9月，高埔村被列入广东省农业农村厅第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，专业为青榄。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，高埔村先后列入「淘宝村」名单。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，高埔村被列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
