隆营村由石龙坑、举格营两个自然村组成，属革命老区。村中主种水稻和甘薯，多山地，产乌榄、青梅和李。村内有水电站1座，过半村民已迁居梅林镇区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1986年改设隆营村委会，1990年改设管理区，1999年改为村委会。2003年南阳乡撤销，村并入梅林镇管辖。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月公布的名单显示，隆营村属于2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
