上楼村在1977年从原来的大队中分出，自立为大队，1986年改设村委会，并沿用至今。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初期，村属南阳山特区边松乡。1977年，村自立为上楼大队。1986年改设村委会，1990年改设管理区，1999年又改为村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月公布的名单显示，上楼村属于2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
