红饶村曾名廖塘、饶塘，是广东省揭阳市普宁市云落镇下辖的行政村，下辖饶塘、柑园、吉水三个自然村，位于市区西南约19.5公里处。博雅地名网载人口约0.2万人，百度百科载户籍约600户。[1][2]

博雅地名网将本村写作「红绕村」，云落镇政府的工程公告则用「红饶村」之名。[1][3]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

原为廖姓一支居住，村前有大池塘，故称廖塘。明万历三十四年（1606年），陈姓一支自惠来迁入，取富饶之意，改称饶塘。[1]

1956年，三个自然村合组为农业社，行政村沿用此名。1962年另立红饶大队，1986年改设村委会，1990年一度为管理区，1999年再设村委会。[1]

地理与经济[edit]

山地4534亩，耕地593亩。农业为本，稻谷、甘薯之外，橄榄、青柑、青梅、荔枝亦有出产。村内有水电站一座，小学一所。聚落沿梅林溪呈带状分布，广汕公路经村东。村属革命老区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年9月，村列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（油甘）。2023年4月，村在广东省乡村治理示范村的2022年度创建单位名单中列名。2023年11月，村入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村。[1]

百度百科载村获「广东省革命老区村」称号，并于2021年获省级文明村称号。[2]
