历史沿革[edit]
明万历十八年（1590年），有人迁来定居。村后山上有古庵，村名因此而来，后改称今名。1960年自成大队，1984年与附近数村合设古安乡，1986年撤乡，设村委会；1990年为管理区，1999年又改回村委会，名称沿用至今。[1][2]
温泉[edit]
村内水电站附近有温泉两处，水温高达69摄氏度，已开发为盘龙湾温泉度假村。百度百科载该度假村为「国家3A级旅游景区」，村西北侧另设有免费向村民开放的温泉浴场。[1][2]
地理与经济[edit]
山地2917亩，耕地808亩。种植以水稻、甘薯为主，果树有荔枝、青梅、香蕉。村内有水电站一座。广汕公路于村北经过。村属革命老区。[1]
