中央寨村原名云落屯，是广东省揭阳市普宁市云落镇下辖的行政村，位于市区西南约10公里处，东靠寒妈水库。[1][2]

村内以黄姓为多，村民讲客家话，带半山客语音。1957年村中修筑四亩栏水库，改善了农田灌溉。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清康熙二十年（1681年），黄氏兄弟迁来定居，取名云落屯，后改称中央寨。村中传有《认亲诗》八句，流传于黄姓族人之间。[1][2]

1960年自成大队，1984年设中央寨乡，1986年改为村委会，1990年称管理区，1999年再改为村委会。[1]

革命历史与经济[edit]

土地革命期间，古大存曾在村中领导革命斗争，村属革命老区。[1]

村内耕地671亩，山地557亩。农业以水稻和甘薯为大宗，水果则有青梅、橄榄、桃、李、菠萝。广汕公路从村南经过。[1]
