历史沿革[edit]
清雍正三年（1725年）建村，村中建楼一座，题名升云楼，村名由此而来。建村后先属三寨乡，1960年自成大队，1984年设云楼乡，1986年改为村委会，1990年称管理区，1999年再改为村委会。[1]
大革命时期，古大存在此领导革命活动，村中设有情报交通站。抗日战争及解放战争期间，游击队常在村中活动。村属革命老区。[1][2]
地理与经济[edit]
村中耕地有878亩，山林地4405亩；1966年修成狮腰水库，灌溉农田。主要作物为稻谷与甘薯，另产荔枝、桃、李和茶叶。[1]
