高埔镇是广东省揭阳市普宁市下辖的镇，位于普宁市西南部，地处南阳山区，与惠来县、陆丰市交界。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

高埔镇以驻地得名。清初，村落建在一处高坡上，因此称高埔。[3]

1949年划入普宁县南阳山特区。此后这一带的编制屡经调整：先后有第六区、高埔乡之称，又曾并入南阳山公社，几年后才重新分出，单独设为高埔公社。1983年改设高埔区，1986年改区为镇。[1][3]

镇境为丘陵地形，属亚热带季风气候。[1][3]

维基百科所载户籍人口为65384人（2008年），百度百科所载为73425人（2019年末户籍人口）。[1][2]

2019年末，境内有工业企业83家，其中规模以上企业8家。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

青梅是镇内的主要产业，种植面积与产量在普宁市占有较大比重。[1]

普宁青梅使高埔镇在2013年7月被列入第三批全国一村一品示范村镇。[3]

2022年10月，「2022年淘宝镇」名单公布，高埔镇入选。[3]

凭借青梅产业，高埔镇于2023年8月进入农业农村部与财政部公布的首批「国家农业产业强镇」之列。[1][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

七星洞天在大星村大道营一带的横屏岭山岳间，是道教建筑群。据普宁市人民政府门户网站所载，它被称为潮汕地区最大的道教建筑。此前该处曾遭毁坏，只留下残碑断瓦，1999年起才逐步重建。[4][5]

清云洞是佛教寺院，位于罗心田村，始建于明代，2023年8月列入普宁市第二批历史建筑名录。[6]
