后楼村在军埠镇西北侧，北面有国道324线经过，西北方向与占陇镇接壤，距镇区约2.5公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年此地为陇头大队；1984年成为军埠区下的陇头乡；1986年设军埠镇陇头村委会；1990年改为陇头管理区。1999年陇头一带各村分立，本村遂定名陇头后楼村委会，沿用至今。[1]
