历史沿革[edit]

1957年以前，石港村属潮阳县陈店第九区的石桥头乡。1958年设石桥头管理区，1959年改属占陇公社桥柱管理区。1963年设石港大队；此后经乡、管理区等建制，1999年改设石港村委会，一直沿用至今。[1]

2019年9月，石港村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2023年4月，村子在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单中。[1]
