历史沿革[edit]
1957年以前，本村与邻近两村同属一个乡。1958年归超美公社的桥柱管区，1959年改属占陇公社桥柱管区。1963年设占陇公社四德大队，1983年并入一个乡，1986年设占陇镇四德管理区，1999年改称四德村委会，并沿用至今。[1]
