延长埔村位于占陇镇西部，与流沙东街道相邻，在练江南侧，交通较为便利。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1957年以前，延长埔村属普宁县第五区的下坡乡。1958年归超美公社的一个大队，1959年改属占陇公社管理区。1963年改设占陇公社阳光大队，1983年归占陇区的一个乡，1986年改设占陇镇延长埔管理区，1999年改称延长埔村委会。[1]

2026年1月，村子获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]
