志古寮村位于占陇镇西北部，在练江北岸的小北山地带，村子偏僻，以农业为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，本村与邻近两个村子合并为北和乡，其后属普宁县第五区。1958年归超美公社垾塘管区，1959年改属占陇公社。1963年设志古寮大队，1983年成立占陇区志古寮乡，1986年改设占陇镇志古寮管理区，1999年改称志古寮村委会。[1]

2019年9月，志古寮村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
