历史沿革[edit]
1939年至1940年间，村中的大同小学曾是潮普北边区委地下组织活动的据点之一。[1]
新中国成立初期属普宁县第四区；1984年改设大陇乡，归南径区。1987年撤区设镇后，本村为大陇村委会，后改为大陇管理区；1999年回到大陇村委会，延续至今。[1]
经济[edit]
以农业为主，水稻、甘薯是主要农产品，兼种蔬菜；淡水养殖业较为发达。[1]
