历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1958年间属普宁第四区；1958年至1962年间归星火农场。1984年改设大埔寮乡，隶属南径区。1987年撤区建镇后，改设大埔寮村委会，随即又称大埔寮管理区；1999年回到大埔寮村委会的名称，沿用至今。[1]
经济[edit]
村里以农业经济为主，水稻、番薯和花生是主要农产品。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年8月，村里入选广东省农业农村厅公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，主产苋菜。[1]
