南径村与镇区相邻，距普宁城区约13.4公里，有1400亩土地，辖庵脚、东门两个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1958年间，村地隶属普宁县第四区。公社化后的1958年，此地成为南径公社下的一个大队。1984年改设南径乡，归南径区管辖。1987年撤区改镇后，庵脚与东门两个自然村合在一起组成村委会，之后改为管理区；1999年起又恢复村委会的名称。[1]
经济[edit]
村里以农业为主，蔬菜和甘蔗是主要农产品，近年加工业有所发展。[1]
荣誉[edit]
据广东省农业农村厅的公告，南径村于2020年8月列入首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产品为菜心；2021年9月，它又被列入第二批名单。[1]
