河田村位于广太镇东面，处在潮、普、揭三市区交界处，离镇区约6.3公里。村民以农业生产和外出打工为主，主产花果木苗。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国初期，河田村隶属普宁第一区和第八区，1953年为乡一级单位，1958年归南溪公社，1974年属广太公社。1984年属广太区，1986年设河田村委会，1990年称河田管理区，1999年再改为河田村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村庄列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
