黄叶村位于广太镇西北部，在洪阳河北岸，地势低洼。全村以种植蕉柑为主业。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国初期，该村归普宁第一区与第八区管辖。其后1953年改隶第八区，名和五乡；1957年改属广太乡，名和五大队；1958年入南溪公社，名称不变。1961年从和五大队分出，设洋尾仔大队；1974年划归广太公社，仍用洋尾仔之名。1984年设洋尾仔乡，1986年改为黄叶村委会，1990年称黄叶管理区，1999年再改为黄叶村委会。[1]
