湖内村位于普宁市与揭阳市交界处，在广太镇区西面，村民经济以种植蔬菜和外出打工为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初期，湖内村隶属普宁第一区和第八区。1953年改属第八区，称潮湖乡；1957年归广太乡，称潮湖大队；1958年划入南溪公社光锋管区，改称湖内大队。1974年归广太公社，1984年称湖内乡，1986年改为湖内村委会，1990年称湖内管理区，1999年再改为湖内村委会。[1]
