老方村是广东省揭阳市普宁市南溪镇下辖的行政村，村子位于普宁市区北面。[1][2]
村有耕地380亩，主产柑橘。村民擅长建筑工艺，从事建筑业的人很多，村中并有多家企业。钟南公路从村中经过，水运方便，木船可直达揭阳、汕头。村中有小学1所，老人室1处。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明代，福建莆田的移民迁来此地定居。当时此地称南溪方。[1][2]
解放初期，这里属第八区。进入1958年后，它成了南溪公社溪丰大队的一部分。1963年起以南溪管区下属村的身份存在，并正式称老方村；1999年才有老方村委会的名称，沿用至今。[1]
