平苏村是广东省揭阳市普宁市南溪镇下辖的行政村，早年曾名磨蜞村。村子位于旧洪阳河出口处，北临榕江。[1]

村有耕地237亩，主要种植柑橘。水路交通方便，船只往东可至揭阳、汕头，往西可至揭西。村中有小学1所，老人活动室1处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，薛、苏、蔡三姓人家从福建迁来，在此创村。这里地势低洼，蟛蜞（潮语称磨蜞）甚多，村名因而叫作磨蜞村。后人取四季皆春的寓意，改称平时春。[1]

1950年，平时春一分为二，其中一村改名平苏村。解放前村子属普宁县仰山乡。解放初归第八区，合作化时曾属平福乡，1958年划入浮山公社。1984年村里设平时春乡，属南溪区；1987年才有平苏村委会，归南溪镇管辖；1990年又成为平时春管理区；1999年定名平苏村委会，至今未改。[1]
