沂湖村是广东省揭阳市普宁市南溪镇下辖的行政村，位于普宁与揭西两县市交界处，在镇域西北部的丘陵山区。[1]

村子地处偏僻，交通不便，村里以山地为主，有山地1600多亩，山中有桃花公主洞、天凤洞等名胜。村内有明代蔡渔隐墓，为县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村子曾用名洪山洞。三百多年前，有揭阳棉湖一带的移民迁来建村。后来，村四周群山环绕，中间形成一个大湖，因而改名沂湖。[1][2]

1949年前后，村子归扬湖乡公所管理；1956年改属乡管区，1963年归大队建制，1984年设乡，1987年改为村委会，1999年定名沂湖村委会，名称沿用至今。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网载，全村773人，外出务工经商的约400人，其余在家务农，村集体经济薄弱，收入主要靠山地出租和渔池承包。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

蔡渔隐墓位于村中，年代为明弘治年间，类别为古墓葬。该墓为县级文物保护单位，保护范围按现状划定。[2][3][4]
