崑安村位于洪阳镇，旧称昆头山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代末年（1276年），陈氏一支由福建莆田迁入昆岗一带，此后张、蔡、吴等二十三姓陆续迁来。后期改称昆头山。[1]

1980年成立昆安管理区；1999年改设崑安村委会，隶属洪阳镇，沿用至今。[1]

2024年3月，崑安村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
